My mission is to serve as a guide, facilitator, teacher, and mentor, particularly for professional women from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, communities of color, and other underserved groups.

Living My Life and Truth
A few years ago, I went through a series of life-altering events that set me on the path to living life on my own terms while honoring my higher purpose of guiding, mentoring, and educating others. In the span of a year, I experienced a divorce, sold the family home, and became an empty nester. Two years later, I lost the job that had been my only constant and a crucial part of my identity. It was as if the universe was nudging me to focus on my true calling.
Through these challenges, I found the courage to embrace my talents, experiences, skills, and hard-earned wisdom to help professional women of color and organizations transform and live authentically. This introspective journey inspired me to create the CENTERS Method℠—a holistic framework that draws from psychology, social work, leadership, intersectionality, and soulful practices. It’s designed to empower individuals to align with their true selves and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
