I’m Dr. Karina Gil—a transformational life and career coach, consultant, author, speaker, and educator with over 28 years of experience in leadership, social work, academia, and organizational transformation.
But beyond titles, I’m a woman who has lived through awakening, unraveling, and soul-deep reinvention.
I know what it feels like to succeed on the outside, but feel misaligned within.
